Don't let the hair fool you - Pastor Sterling is not as crazy as you might think. BUT as one who was forever changed by the events at Youth when he was coming up, he understands and values the opportunity that the DCI Youth team has each week and within each interaction to impact the lives our students. He is passionate about students being exposed to the presence of God, and teaching them to hear his voice, to walk in wisdom, and to be confident in the new creation they are in Christ as they let His light shine through them.
