At Discovery Church, we are intentional about helping our students grow their relationship with Christ.  All students in grades 6 through 12 are welcome.  We always have awesome stuff planned to keep you having fun and learning more about Jesus!  Invite your friends and let’s have some fun! Joe is originally from San Antonio, Texas and began attending and serving at Discovery in 2017. Joe and his wife ,  Shelley were married in 2016, and have three beautiful children, Isaiah, Emma and Benji. Joe is a retired Marine Corps veteran and has a heart to minister to the next generation, through men and youth. Joe has been on staff at Discovery since 2019 working with facilities and maintenance and serving as the FENG Men's Group Director and as DCI Youth Co-Director. Joe has been part of the Youth group team since 2018,

Gretchen has spent most of her life in Jacksonville and began attending and serving at Discovery in 2013. Gretchen and her husband, Tom were married in 2008, and have three beautiful daughters, Cassy, Victoria, and Marissa. Gretchen taught elementary, middle, and high school for 24 years and has a passion for ministering to the youth and young adults. Gretchen has been on staff at DCI since 2022, working with graphic design and serving as the Livestream Producer, DCI Youth Co-Director, and DCI YA Director. She has been part of the Youth group team since 2015.
