Discovery Kids (Nursery & Pre-School)
The newest additions to our lives and church are both cared for and taught basic biblical lessons.

Classes
Our nursery at Discovery is divided into 4 different age groups. They are: 6 weeks to 12 months, 1 year olds, 2 & 3 year olds, and 4 & 5 year olds. These age divisions allow us to combine the right amount of activity with care so that our pre-school age children are able to grow and learn at a pace that is appropriate for them.

Special Notes
We ask that parents with children under 3 bring a change of clothes, diapers, and any other needed supplies in a diaper bag that will accompany their child.  In the event that you are needed during the service our nursery will call for you by having your security number (changes weekly at check-in) flashed on the media screens.

Check-In
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE PROPERLY CHECKED-IN to take advantage of our nursery system. This check-in process provides increased security and care for your child. Here is how it works:

Checking-In:
There are manned check-in stations as your come through the front doors of Discovery. Children are printed name tags with a security code, their name, class, and date. The parent/guardian are printed tags, as well, that correspond with the matching security code. The parent/guardian are then able to mingle with their children or drop them off at their class.

Checking-Out:
Checking out is simply a matter of a parent or guardian showing up at the class with the matching security code.
